Jerri-Lynn Pilarski

Jerri-Lynn Pilarski trained at AT MidAtlantic under the supervision of Nancy Romita and Wendy Salkind. She came to the Alexander Technique through her dance and massage therapy training. She danced professionally for many years including being an entertainer onboard cruise ships. Currently, she has a private AT teaching practice as well as a deep tissue massage therapy practice in Baltimore. She is excited to explore the Alexander Technique work with you and share in your journey creating awareness, ease and balance.
